What is Point One Fan known for?

We were the first to produce and introduce smart home-enabled ceiling fans in Singapore. Today, we are known for having the strongest ceiling fans in Singapore with the best-in-class wind strength.

Our fan blades are made from high-quality ABS that has superior strength and finish quality. Specific models have reinforced ABS blades to allow for higher sustained loads and speeds.

Wide-angle fan blade designs sacrifice wind strength and cooling effect for area coverage. Our fans are designed with semi-wide-angle coverage, providing good area coverage while maintaining superior wind strength.

Except Z63, all our fans are smart-home enabled.

Our smart fans work with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Samsung SmartThings. It can also be paired with Smart Life and Tuya, popular Smart Home apps in Singapore, for smart home purposes.

Your product warranty starts from your installation date and covers 10 years for fan motors, 5 years for lights, and 2 years for parts, accessories, and workmanship.

We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm daily. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Our last timeslot for walk-ins is 4pm. You may contact us to arrange for an appointment for any timeslot during our full opening hours. 

Our ceiling fans can be purchased from our website, Shopee Mall, Lazada Mall, and our Authorised Retailers.

5-bladed designs are meant for larger fans. Because they have a slower rate of rotation, they will need more blades to provide smoother airflow. They are a great option if you need a large fan for wider coverage, lower noise level, and do not need the strongest wind. 

3-bladed fans spin faster than a similarly sized 5-bladed fan, making them a great option for strong, direct air flow.

In general, you will need a 60cm buffer from the blade tip to the nearest wall, ceiling light, tall cabinet. 

A smaller buffer distance can be considered if your ceiling light has a tighter beam angle. You may consult our Product Specialist at our showroom if you require further assistance with this.

Our Blizzard and Gust series are specially suited for False and low ceiling applications. They are only 22cm tall (without light kit) and are an ideal home ventilation solution.

We are a participating retailer of the Climate Friendly Households Programme (CFHP). You may redeem your Climate Vouchers in-store with us.

Our installation fees are as follows:
Concrete Ceiling (<3.0m): $50
Concrete Ceiling (3.0-3.5m): $80
False Ceiling (<3.0m): $150
False Ceiling (3.0-3.5m): $180
Concrete and False Ceiling (>3.5): P.O.A

Note:

-  Delivery is free and can be arranged should installation not be required

-  Blizzard uses a patented mounting design that allows us to reduce the installation cost by $50 across all installation types. (Installation is free for Blizzard for Concrete Ceiling <3.0m)

- If you have false ceilings with existing suitable supports, your installation fee will follow that of the concrete ceiling tiers. Contact us for confirmation for avoidance of doubt. 

We require an 10-14 day lead time to arrange an installation timeslot for you. For delivery-only orders, we will require a 2-3 day lead time.

Earlier installation and fulfilment are possible and subject to availability. Lead times may increase during peak periods and seasons.

We can hold your purchases in our warehouses for up to 3 months. You can complete your purchase first and arrange a preferred installation date with us.
